How to Create the Prosperous Mindset

By Terry Dickman

Have you ever wondered why every other entrepreneur seems to find success except you? It doesn’t seem fair. You do seem to have a lot of great ideas, and most people have no problem telling you that. So that’s a good thing—you have an asset to list in your mind. Now analyze what the problem is here. Is it possible that you have the right business mind but you haven’t quite gotten the concept of the prosperous mind set? Creating prosperity requires a proper frame of mind. There are lots of smart people with great ideas, but few of them ever go onto greatness. This is because they have an abundance of ideas, but lack the mindset to get things done. Here are five steps to follow so you can make your vision happen.

1. Work Hard. Indeed, all the geniuses who came up with one great idea and then slept on it for 20 years are in the same place they always were: nowhere. This goes to show you that if you have a great idea then you have to work for it. You have to be willing to put the necessary work into your idea and you have to be willing to fight for your idea when others discourage you. Honestly, if you can’t devote 100% of your time, energy and resources to your idea, then it’s probably not that great of an idea to begin with. If however you take action, you will see how the “attractor factor” and Law of Attraction will help make your idea come alive.

2. Set Realistic Goals. Do not doom yourself to failure by setting a few far-range goals and then pouting when they don’t seem to happen. Successful people start small. They form tangible goals that anyone could do, at least at first. Then they progress forward and make each goal slightly more complex or perhaps even more difficult. The confidence that you get from fulfilling the smaller goals will help you as you set goals farther down the line and start to create wealth. Achievement inspires you and motivates you to do more.

3. Visualize Your Success. You can’t just visualize the end screenshot of you buried in money. You have to visualize all of the logistics involved pertaining to your creating wealth. You want a clear picture of everything that’s going to happen, including each individual success, any possible obstacles, and finally, a long-term mission completed.

4. Keep Your Thoughts Positive. There will always be negative thoughts, some of which will be worth serious consideration. You do not want to deny that negativity exists or blind yourself to very real possibilities. However, you should respond to negativity with positive action. This is what law of attraction teachers will teach in the movie, The Secret. Your reaction to negativity will be what ultimately determines your success. You should embrace challenge rather than be deterred. Positive thinking is vital!

5. Act Before You React. It’s easy to lull yourself into becoming a reactive personality. However, reactive people never truly act. They tend to make excuses, shift blame and give up on great ideas all too soon. Instead of reacting, try being proactive and doing something to get your idea noticed.

These five steps can help you create prosperity and a prosperous mindset.
