Staying Motivated Towards a Prosperous Life

Everybody wants a prosperous life. Even the most miserable person you know wants to be happy on some level. So why is it that so many people find themselves in depressive, “realistic” situations? They work a job they don’t like. They have no spending money. Why, these people may even stay in relationships that make them feel unhappy. These people may dream of a better life, but they usually just watch their old classmates or maybe even an admired celebrity create wealth for themselves.

These people are dreamers and perhaps up until now you have considered yourself one of them. There is a way to stop dreaming of a better life and to start living it by creating prosperity on your own. You are right in assuming that making this transformation takes action. However, before action is required, motivation is needed. How can you improve self-motivation and achieve the prosperity that you really want? Consider these four tips…

1. Brainstorm all of your goals. There’s no better way to plan your future than by setting important goals for yourself. Make sure that your goals are realistic, achievable and measurable. You might even want to add a deadline for these goals so that you can be motivated to get it done. Try and make each goal detailed, as this also helps to make the goal more real to you, and thus worthy of achieving in real life. Write the goal down on your PC word processor or a piece of paper so that it becomes a physical reality, something more than just a fleeting thought. This is an important point to remember in dissecting law of attraction success.

2. Strategize Your Plan of Action. Now it’s time to start thinking about your plan of action. What steps do you have to take to reach this goal? Since you have purposely kept your goals small to start with you should have little trouble achieving these minor steps. You can easily visualize the logistics of achieving this goal because you have already visualized it and figured out what exactly you need to do to achieve it. 3. Reward Yourself for a Job Well Done. Why would a person do anything without some promise of a reward? Human beings always learn according to a system of punishment and reward. If you need additional motivation to go about creating prosperity then allow yourself a reward for its completion. Whether it’s treating yourself to a nice meal or upping your “allowance” when it comes to buying new gadgets. Now only does this provide you with motivation, but it also helps you build confidence as you achieve more of these goals.

4. Get Others Involved. What better way to ensure that you finish what you start than by involving others in your quest? Asking friends or family members to help track your progress or perhaps even work with you can be an excellent form of motivation. Tell everyone you know who is close to you your plans for the future. This provides motivation from within (not wanting to disappoint others) and even positive peer pressure from the outside, since your friends are now rooting for you.
