HOW TO ORDER
Online: Ordering online is fast, convenient, and safeóour site employs the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that your personal information is kept secure. Payment can be made online using any of the major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).

Upon completion of the order checkout process, an Order Confirmation message will be sent to you via email. A separate Shipping Notification message will be sent to you when your order ships. The Shipping Notification e-mail includes a link you can use to track your order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Prosperous Mind ships to most addresses in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Sorry, but delivery to other international addresses is not available at this time.
Available shipping carrier is UPS. Direct link to the official UPS online database allow our shopping cart software to calculate and display the actual rates for each of the applicable shipping methods during the checkout process . Shipping rates for each of the available methods may be previewed prior to submitting your order.
Overnight and 2nd Day orders received by 1 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped within two (2) business days.
Transit Times: Actual delivery times vary depending on which shipping method you select. The following are estimates from the UPS web site:
UPS Ground: 5-7 business days
UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days (48 contiguous states only)
UPS 2nd-Day Air: by end of second business day
UPS Next Day Air Saver: by end of next business day (48 contiguous states only)
BACKORDERS
Although we endeavor to maintain every item in stock at all times, some products will occasionally be out of stock at the time you place your order. The stock status of each item is updated hourly, and is clearly spelled out in red or green text on the item detail page. If you do decide to initiate a backorder by placing an item marked Out of Stock in your cart, please understand that, due to credit card security regulations, we must charge your card upfront for all items ordered. Items that are Out of Stock will be backordered and shipped separately from In Stock items (with no additional shipping charges) as soon as they become available using the same shipping method.
CURRENCY
All orders placed on the Prosperous Mind web site must be paid in U.S. currency.
REDEEMABLE COUPONS
If you have a coupon or special offer code, be sure to enter the code number in the appropriate box during the checkout process to receive your special offer or discount.
SALES TAX
Prosperous Mind charges sales tax on all orders shipped to South Dakota. Tax rates are based on shipping from Sioux Falls, SD. Sales tax is also charged on shipping and handling as required by law.
RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with any purchase you make with us. If, for any reason, you chose to return a product to us, we will exchange it or credit your account for up to A FULL 90 DAYS from the ship date of your order. Any manufacture damaged or defective products will be exchanged for a like title up to One Full Year from the ship date of your order. Contact our Customer Service department at 605-330-0079 or emails at support@prosperousmind.com to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please note that we only accept returns of products purchased directly from Prosperous Mind and we do not accept returns of items purchased from other sources.
